The Healthy Aging Partnership is a coalition of 35 nonprofit and public organizations dedicated to the health and well-being of seniors in the Puget Sound area. Its primary activities are to publicize the availability of a free information and assistance line for seniors and caregivers, 1-888-4ELDERS, and to promote healthy lifestyles for older adults.
